Eligibility and Participation
To claim promotions you must be at least 18 years old and hold a single personal account in good standing. Multiple accounts, shared accounts or third-party control of an account are prohibited and may result in suspension or forfeiture of bonuses and winnings. Payment methods used must be registered to the account holder. KYC documentation may be requested and must be supplied within 14 days when asked; failure to provide required documents can lead to account suspension and cancellation of promotions.

Weekly cashback: 10% on net losses (losses minus wins) calculated weekly. Minimum qualifying loss per week: £50. Cashback is credited as bonus funds with a 30× wagering requirement. Maximum cashback credit per week: £500. Cashback is credited on a set day following the covered week.
Cryptocurrency bonuses
Availability and specific mechanics of cryptocurrency-specific bonuses are not specified. If a promotion references crypto deposits, the applicable qualifying deposit and wagering terms will be stated on that promotion’s page.
Wagering Requirements and Balance Rules
Wagering multipliers apply to the credited bonus amount unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Standard deposit bonuses require 40× the bonus amount to be wagered within seven days of crediting. The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active is £5 per bet or spin; exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings. Bonus funds and wagering progress are tracked separately from deposited cash; however, play may draw from deposited balance first according to the platform’s internal accounting rules.
Example: a £100 bonus at 40× requires £4,000 in qualifying wagers to convert bonus funds into withdrawable balance.
Game Contributions and Exclusions
Game contribution rates to wagering requirements are applied as follows:
| Game type | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% |
| Table games and live casino | 5% |
Bonus Buy features, side bets, high-volatility feature purchases and certain skill-based mini-games are prohibited during bonus play and will not contribute to wagering. A game that contributes 0% does not advance wagering; a prohibited game may also lead to bonus forfeiture if played.
Bonus Expiry and Cancellation
Activation and play deadlines differ by promotion. Deposit bonuses generally expire seven days after crediting; free spins expire after 14 days from the date they are granted. Free spins distributed across multiple days must be used within the free-spin expiry period. If a bonus or its linked balance reaches £0.05 or below, the bonus will be automatically cancelled. The time zone applied to expiry and crediting is not specified on the promotion pages; please consult the individual promotion for any time-zone details.
Withdrawals and Maximum Cashout
Conversion of bonus winnings into withdrawable funds is subject to meeting all wagering requirements and any cashout caps stated for the promotion. Deposit-bonus maximum cashout: 50× the awarded bonus funds, unless a promotion specifies a different cap. Free-spin cashout caps: up to £50 per promotion where stated. Cashback requires completion of its stated wagering (30×) before conversion. A minimum withdrawal amount of £20 applies. Withdrawals may be withheld pending identity verification; KYC must be completed before withdrawal processing.
Restricted Conduct and Complaints
Prohibited conduct includes creating multiple accounts, using VPN or proxy services, depositing funds from third parties, collusion, fraud and deliberate exploitation of promotions (including circumventing max-bet rules). Breach of these rules can result in bonus cancellation, voiding of winnings, account suspension or closure. Complaints about promotions should be raised via live chat or by emailing [email protected]; escalations are typically handled within 48 hours after initial contact.
